Quality and testing
The difference between lithium salts is often not main content but ppm-level impurities, moisture and magnetic particles. Here is what we test, how, and how batches are traced.
Four gates from feedstock to retained sample
Every batch carries a traceable test record.
Raw Material Acceptance
Concentrate, brine and black mass are analysed for full elemental composition and phase assemblage, and a supplier quality file is established for each source.
In-Process Control
Key stages are sampled on line to monitor pH, concentration, impurities and particle size; out-of-specification batches are quarantined.
Finished Product Testing
Assay, impurities, moisture, particle size and magnetic impurities are tested to GB/T, YS/T or customer specifications.
Retention & Traceability
A retention sample is kept for 12 months per batch, and COAs are tied to batch numbers to support full traceability and re-testing.

Main content is cross-checked by titration or gravimetry; trace metals by ICP; anions by ion chromatography; moisture by Karl Fischer; particle size and surface area by standard powder methods.
