Overview
Lithium fluoride is the core raw material for lithium hexafluorophosphate production, and is also used for electrolyte adjustment in aluminum cells, glass and ceramics, optical crystals (UV/IR windows) and the nuclear industry. Moisture, silicon, iron and particle size are specified.
- LiF ≥ 99.0% (99.9% high-purity)
- H₂O ≤ 0.1%
- D50 5–20 µm adjustable

For LiPF₆ synthesis, SiO₂, SO₄²⁻ and moisture must be controlled to avoid side reactions.
Reference standards
Standards and values are typical references. Supply is governed by the agreed technical protocol and the batch COA.
Main applications
Packaging and storage
Packaging
25 kg PE-lined aluminum-foil bags in fiber drums.
Storage
Dry and sealed; avoid acid contact, which releases HF.
